The Emergency System test has been completed.

There will be a maintenance test on the campus siren today at 11:00 a.m. Please disregard as there is no emergency.

The University of Maine Police Department advises service has been restored to the Black Bear Safe app.

The University of Maine Police Department is currently aware of a service interruption affecting their Black Bear Safe application.  The service provider is aware and working on a solution from their end.  For any emergencies, please dial 911.  For non-emergencies, dial (207) 581-4040.

Aggravated assault suspect Noah Lachapelle-Quinn has been taken into custody.

Power has been restored on campus, buildings that were closed this morning have been reopened.

Hauck Auditorium and Shibles Hall are currently without power and are closed for repairs Monday morning. Morning classes in those buildings are canceled.
