Build a Better Business Workshop in York County

Ready to take your business to the next level? Build a Better Business is a set of hands-on workshops designed for business owners who want practical tools, fresh insights, and real results. Choose from a half-day or full-day experience (with locally catered lunch and snacks!), and dive into topics of: financial modeling; business strategy mapping; resilience planning; and developing a growth mindset. You’ll leave the day with actionable next steps, new connections, and a clearer path forward for your business.

The Full-day event runs from 1:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and includes all topic blocks.

The Part A half-day session runs from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will focus on business resilience planning and developing a growth mindset.

The Part B half-day session runs from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and will cover business strategy and financial modeling.

Cost: $25. Early dinner is included in both half-day and full-day participation.
