Lee discusses food waste research with Maine Public
Maine Public reported on a study launched by the Maine Department of Environmental Protection, co-authored by Susanne Lee and other University of Maine researchers, which revealed that 360,000 tons of food waste are produced in the state each year. Lee said she hopes the findings will inform state climate policy and encourage people to reduce food waste.
