Supporting Graduate Student Writers
At the graduate level, writing in fundamentally different from what students encountered as undergraduates. It requires strong writing skill, as well as the ability to navigate complex disciplinary expectations, manage multiple projects, and sustain long-term scholarly work. In this workshop, we’ll discuss practical strategies for supporting graduate students in your programs, including considerations of first-generation students and multilingual writers. This workshop is designed for instructors across disciplines working directly with graduate students.
