Improving Dairy Goat Milk Quality: Lessons from Parlor Audits in Vermont

Join UMaine and UVM Extension for a workshop all about dairy goat milk quality. The goat dairy research team from UVM Extension will present the findings from their recent work, providing parlor audit and milk testing services to 16 Vermont goat dairy farms. We will discuss their findings and how they translate to actionable ways to improve milk quality on your farm.
