MSYM 2025 Info Packet and Permission Forms
Welcome to the MSYM online information packet!
Please make sure you read each form completely prior to packing and coming to MSYM.
Some forms are labeled Print and Sign; those forms must be signed and brought with you to camp. Do not forget your insurance card with the medical form!
This information is the same for both camps. Camps are tracked separately and JR and SR camp-specific things will be noted in the step-by-step process. There is a step-by-step included in the packet, but it may be updated prior to camp starting. An updated copy will be provided via QR code upon arrival. If you do not have a smartphone, we will have hard copies available.

Camp Info
This PDF will contain general MSYM info, a step-by-step guide to registration day, a listing of rules and regulations, commuter information, our attendance policy, and info on the Honors Recital and the final day’s schedule. We’ve also included a separate campus map with areas of interest marked.
