Newsweek featured a University of Maine report on hazing amid recent footage of an incident at the Alpha Delta Phi fraternity at the University of Iowa. According to a report from the University of Maine, hazing is “any activity expected of someone joining or participating in a group that humiliates, degrades, abuses, or endangers them regardless of a person’s willingness to participate.”
