The Atlantic interviews Apul on ‘overwhelming’ PFAS crisis in the US
Onur Apul, assistant professor of environmental engineering at the University of Maine, spoke to The Atlantic for an article titled “Maine Is a Warning for America’s PFAS Future.” Apul said in his opinion, the U.S. has seen “nothing as overwhelming, and nothing as universal” as the PFAS crisis. “It’s a reality for everyone; it’s just a matter of whether they know about it,” he said.
