Congratulations, Class of 2025!

The University of Maine’s 2025 commencement ceremonies for graduate and undergraduate students were held May 10-11 at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor.

An estimated 1,723 undergraduates participated in the 223nd commencement undergraduate ceremonies. The morning ceremony recognized students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, College of Education and Human Development, Maine Business School and the Division of Lifelong Learning, while the afternoon ceremony recognized students in the Maine College of Engineering and Computing and the College of Earth, Life, and Health Sciences.

During the Graduate School ceremony, 469 graduate students are expected to attend and receive advanced degrees. Nearly 1,000 were eligible to participate this year, a high point in the university’s 160 year history.
