The Mindful Eye: Art & Wellness Series in Lord Hall Gallery
Accompanying the 2026 Faculty Exhibition will be weekly programing called The Mindful Eye. Each Friday from 11-12:30 (February 6, 13, 20, 27, March 6, 13), the Gallery will offer slow looking exercises, yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathwork) using the artwork on display as a tool for mindfulness.
