Housing has an opening for a General Services Maintenance Technician CL3.
This position performs a broad range of maintenance tasks including basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and service response at University Park, a small apartment complex which provides affordable family housing for students and staff. Auxiliary employees

  • Prepare delicious meals for residential and retail dining
  • Cater events for a variety of clients
  • Clean and maintain housing for students and summer visitors

  • Process and deliver mail to residence halls and offices, and hold packages for secure pick-up
