Date/Time: Friday, September 18, 2026, 9:30 am – 11:30 am
Check In: Check in will begin at 8:15 am.
Food/beverage: Light fare breakfast items (coffee, muffins, granola bars) will be available during 8:15-9:15 setup, and some additional items will be available during 11:30 am breakdown.
Parking: Please print this document and place it on your dashboard. (We will have copies printed and available if you’re not able to print before arriving.)

College Fair Representatives will park in the school parking lot in front of the school. For parking overflow options, volunteers and school security personnel will be available to direct you. Note that the neighborhood directly in front of the school has signs restricting parking to 1 hour on school days. However, the county is aware of the AEHS College Fair and will not issue parking tickets on 9/18 (Astoria Rd & Astoria Ct; Lund Pl; Start St & Sandy Ct).
