Welcome to the Bachelor of University Studies! We are UMaine’s adult degree completion program. Adults with past college experience can build upon their credit hours to earn a degree. The University of Maine, Maine’s premier public university, provides education from expert faculty and promotes an engaged learning environment. Whether on campus or online, there are dedicated support services for you!
Students in the B.U.S. degree program come from all walks of life: business, military, social services, and education, to name a few. Our degree program is flexible and can be obtained either on campus or online.
In addition to the Leadership Studies, Labor Studies, and Maine Studies track, there is also the opportunity to self-design your degree. A Bachelor of University Studies advisor will consult with you and help you to create your degree path.
