UMaine celebrates its Carnegie R1 top-tier research institution recognition

The University of Maine celebrated its Carnegie R1 top-tier research institution recognition with a reception Feb. 23 in the North Pod, Memorial Union.

UMaine President Joan Ferrini-Mundy and Kody Varahramyan, vice president for research and dean of the Graduate School, hosted the event.
