Key Operator Information
To order toner, waste toner, and staples reference the linked knowledgebase article and email firstname.lastname@example.org making certain to include the device serial number(s) (ex. UMS0001), and the toner cartridge colors required for each device listed where you are the Key Operator. UMaine IT will handle ordering of any additional supplies (specifically drums and fusers). If a Xerox technician asks about these parts, please direct them to UMaine IT.
To order paper reference the linked knowledgebase article and use the WB Mason supplier in Mainstreet Marketplace, using the appropriate central paper supply budget shown for UM/UMM.

Please remember that the UMaine IT Support team has identified individuals within our team that provide backup Key Operator support for the campus. The UMaine IT Support team will also order and stock a limited supply of toner and waste cartridges for each of the Xerox device models on campus.
