Allison Drinkwater

Allison Drinkwater joined the University of Maine Early College team in late 2019. As the Early College Program Coordinator, she manages a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, including marketing and communications, event scheduling, and project management.

Allison earned a B.A. in History from New York University in 2013. Prior to her role at UMaine, she gained valuable experience as a clinical implementation trainer at Athenahealth and as a digital social media analyst and researcher for NBCUniversal.

A native of Midcoast Maine, Allison returned to the state drawn by its strong sense of community and natural beauty. Having grown up in rural Maine, she is deeply aware of how vital early access to higher education is for local students. She is dedicated to strengthening statewide partnerships and increasing awareness of the unique opportunities the Early College program provides. 

Outside of work, Allison enjoys gardening, coastal activities, and spending time with her family.
