Commencement Location
University of Maine commencement ceremonies will be held at the Cross Insurance Center, 515 Main Street, Bangor, Maine.

Guest SEating
Commencement guest tickets are required for all guests to enter the Cross Insurance Center for the Sunday undergraduate commencement ceremonies. Guest tickets are NOT needed for the graduate commencement ceremony on Saturday.
Seating is general admission for all ceremonies. Floor seating is reserved for graduating students and faculty participating in commencement.
Doors open:
Saturday at 5 p.m.
Sunday at 7:30 a.m. for the morning ceremony and 2:30 p.m. for the afternoon ceremony
Alternative Commencement Viewing
All ceremonies will be livestreamed online. The link will be provided on this website prior to commencement.
Concessions
Food and beverages will be available for purchase inside the Cross Insurance Center. The Cross Insurance Center is a CASHLESS venue. Credit and debit cards are accepted, along with mobile pay options. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
University of Maine Merchandise
The University of Maine Bookstore will have merchandise available for purchase at the Cross Insurance Center on Saturday and Sunday.
Security
All guests to the Cross Insurance Center are subject to the venue’s security policy.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests displaying handicapped placards or license plates will have access to Parking Lot A, closer to the Cross Insurance Center.
