SESSION ONE: Pedagogical wellness for faculty
What does it actually take to stay well while teaching — and what quietly drains us over time? In this session, we’ll explore the realities of pedagogical burnout, emotional labor, and sustainability in teaching. Together we’ll surface practical strategies faculty are using to protect energy and joy, and brainstorm questions addressing what supports long-term teaching wellness.
