In an era of increasing polarization and rapid change, it is essential for faculty to learn to guide students from argument and towards constructive dialogue. This six-part series will support instructors in understanding constructive dialogue, the importance of proper preparation for it in your courses, as well as recognizing and responding to conflict.  Through practice, reflection and discussion participants will expand their facilitation skills to support constructive dialogue.

Alternate Fridays @ 1:00-2:00pm starting September 26th.

Note: The following 30 minutes (2:00-2:30) will be reserved for extended conversations and crowdsourcing challenges, but not required for the program.
