About
The Business & Law Clinic is a first-of-its-kind collaboration between the Maine Business School’s Graduate School of Business, the University of Maine School of Law, and the Maine Graduate and Professional Center. This unique program pairs Maine Law and MBA students to support early-stage entrepreneurs and under-resourced businesses across Maine.
The Clinic helps strengthen Maine’s small business economy by offering pro bono legal and business services to companies that may not yet have the resources to hire private attorneys or consultants.
