Thank you for joining us for the Richard Montgomery High School Fall College Fair! We are excited to welcome you to campus and appreciate you taking the time to connect with our students.

Please review the event details and important information below as you prepare for your visit.

EVENT DETAILS

• Date: Wednesday, September 30, 2026

• Location: Richard Montgomery High School

• Address: 250 Richard Montgomery Drive, Rockville, MD 20852

• Fair Location: Small Gym — signs will be posted, and staff/students will be available to direct you.

• Representative Check-In: Beginning at 8:15 AM; light refreshments will be available.

• Fair Hours: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

STUDENT FAIR SCHEDULE

• Seniors: 9:00–9:55 AM

• Juniors: 10:00–10:55 AM

• Lunch/Open Fair: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

During the lunch session, the fair will open to all grade levels, allowing freshmen and sophomores to begin exploring their college options while giving juniors and seniors additional time to connect with representatives.

ARRIVAL & PARKING

• Parking: Visitor parking is available on the Fleet Street side of the building (the side opposite the athletic field). If visitor spaces are full, representatives may park in the bus lot during non-bus times.

• Entrance: Please enter through the main entrance/front office.

• Check-In: Upon arrival, all representatives must first check in with the front office. Please bring a photo ID and wear your visitor pass while on campus.

After checking in with the front office, please proceed to the Art Gallery, located directly across from the main office, for College Fair check-in. From there, you will be directed to the Small Gym for setup.

Please plan to arrive by 8:30 AM to allow enough time for parking, school check-in, fair check-in, and setup before students begin arriving at 9:00 AM.

SETUP

Each institution will be provided with:

• One 72″ x 30″ table

• Two chairs

Representatives are welcome to bring tablecloths, banners, brochures, giveaways, QR codes, and other materials for students.

Please note that access to electrical outlets may be limited.

HOSPITALITY

Coffee, water, mini muffins/pastries, and donuts will be available for representatives during check-in.

Wi-Fi: Representatives may connect to the “MCPSGuest” network for Wi-Fi access.
