Brief Biography: Originally from Colorado, I’ve had the pleasure of doing fieldwork all over the West. I’ve worked with a diverse array of species from deer to bears to burrowing owls, and I’m always eager to learn more about the natural world around me. My hobbies include art, bird watching, and hiking.
Current Research: My research is part of the Eastern Woodcock Migration Research Cooperative and will focus on woodcock ecology in West Virginia. Using satellite transmitter data, I will be examining woodcock habitat use and selection for both migration and breeding seasons.
