Brief Biography: Ryan was born and raised in beautiful Westminster, Colorado. He grew up spending most of his days outside, which is where his interests in climatology, hydrology, and wildlife ecology originated from.

Ryan attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado for his B.S. in Watershed Science, and stayed in Fort Collins for work post-B.S. as a geospatial data engineer to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (i.e., federal contractor).

In August 2022, Ryan packed his bags for Orono, Maine to pursue his M.S. in Ecology and Environmental Sciences. Now, post-M.S., He works with Erik Blomberg and Sabrina Morano on movement connectivity modeling for wild turkey, white-tailed deer, and moose in Maine with respect to PFAS chemicals and their spread across the state.

Ryan is currently based in Westminster, Colorado. In his free time, he enjoys many hobbies, including but not limited to: volleyball, skiing, writing music, disc golf, swimming, and hiking.
