Brief Biography: I grew up in Downeast Maine, exploring the woods and waters of the Bold Coast region. I developed a passion for fish at a young age, and many of my earliest memories are of fishing with my family. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Biology from Unity College in 2015 and have worked as a fisheries biologist with the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife since 2017. I currently serve as the Fisheries Resource Supervisor for the Grand Lakes Region. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, hunting, rockhounding, and being on the ocean.

Current Research: My research focuses on the acoustic telemetry of Lake Whitefish in West Grand Lake to identify spawning locations and seasonal movements within large, interconnected lakes. Additionally, I will evaluate the effectiveness of different sampling methods for monitoring larval whitefish recruitment to enhance species conservation and management.
