Meditation Circle

Interested in learning more about mindfulness meditation? Looking for a community with whom to build or resume a personal practice? You are invited to join the weekly meditation circle at the Wilson Center. With an initial 6 week introduction to meditation and mindfulness in the style of Thich Nhat Hanh, this group is ideal for newcomers and those interested in exploring meditation for the first time but also open to those with an established practice. During the 2017-2018 academic year, the group meets every Monday when classes are in session from 3:45-4:45pm at the Wilson Center. It is facilitated by members of Still Water Sangha.
