Welcome to Industry

The town of industry was incorporated in 1803 and reached its current size in 1852 after exchanging lands with neighboring towns. The locals say that the town was named after its industrious residents and early mills. While the town’s population dwindled and the mills closed, it has rebounded to a thriving community in recent decades for its beauty and rural lifestyle.
