  • Old Home Days
    • This week-long event held the third week of August is the highlight of Phillips’ community calendar! The celebration includes bathtub races, bike races, running races, a parade, a street dance, a lumberman’s competition, a flower show, a quilt show, a photo contest, and a Duck Derby, and more.
