Memorial Union Reservation

The Memorial Union opened in 1953 to administer to the social, cultural and recreational needs of the University Community. Each room was made possible as a gift by several donors. Their generosity has provided us with a place where the past and the present can meet in timeless triumph.

If you wish to reserve a room in the Memorial Union, please look through the information below and complete the form at the bottom of this page. If you are a student organization interested in booking a room or table in the Memorial Union, please fill out the Event form on Campus Groups.
