Hauck Auditorium and Shibles Hall closed Monday morning October 7

Hauck Auditorium and Shibles Hall are currently without power and are closed for repairs Monday morning. Morning classes in those buildings are canceled. Power is expected to be restored this afternoon. Class of 1944 and the Collins Center for the Arts will have a power outage from 10 – 10:15 a.m. Murray Hall will also be without power during this time. Students should contact their instructors if they have any questions. A follow up message will be sent once the buildings are reopened.

Mushroom expert, David Spahr will introduce the class to wild mushroom foraging. Tools, equipment,safety and best practices will be reviewed. David is the author of Edible and Medicinal Mushrooms of New England and Eastern Canada. He has foraged since the mid 1950s.
