Why did you choose to become a GSG Senator?: To help represent my department and keep other graduate students in SBE aware of and involved in beneficial activities.
How would you best serve your constituents?: I aim to serve my constituents by representing their interests at GSG, as well as keeping them up to date on events and opportunities for graduate students.
Please tell us about your research or some fun facts about you: My research is focused on the management of an invasive insect pest in Maine’s Wild Blueberry industry. A fun fact about me is that I have walked across the country twice.
How do you plan on communicating with your constituents?: At all SBE GO (School of Biology and Ecology Graduate Organization) meetings and via email.
