The Penobscot Bay Pilot reported Belfast educator Laura Miller, RSU 71 assistant superintendent and director of curriculum, was named a recipient of the University of Maine’s Outstanding Scholarly-Practitioner in Educational Leadership Ed.D. Student Award.
