Research Interests

Broadly, my research interests are in the areas of Clinical Neuropsychology and Health Psychology.

The focus of my program of research is on the intersection of health behaviors -with particular focus on exercise, diet, and sleep- with cognitive functioning. Specific aims include examining these variables among individuals who may be at risk for developing dementias, such as Alzheimer’s disease, with advancing age.
