How it Works

Request Services

Log in to iLab and visit the “Request Services” tab. Select from the appropriate Service List and then click on “Initiate Request” for the service that you need. The requested service provider will call or email you once your request has been received to discuss the specifics.

Billing Process

Customers will be billed for services on a monthly basis via iLab. Invoices will include itemized detail regarding the work that was performed.
