Campus recreation rentals
A 5-business day notice is required for all facility rental request.

Campus Recreation offers a variety of rental options to help make your events unforgettable! Whether you’re planning a fun and festive birthday party, or are looking to host a special event, our facility rentals provide the perfect backdrop. We also offer a selection of lawn games—such as cornhole, Kan Jam, and more—to add some friendly competition and fun to your event.
On-campus groups: hosting larger gatherings, or seeking to promote a campus initiative, don’t forget to fill out the corresponding request form to reserve a spot. Let Campus Recreation be part of making your event a success!

With Campus Recreation, you can throw a fun and healthy party and actually enjoy it, since we do most of the work! What’s more, it doesn’t have to be for a birthday, and it doesn’t have to be for a kid! Bring your church group, scout troop, or just a bunch of friends and have a great time with Campus Recreation.
Plan a Pool Party, Multi-Activity Court (MAC) Party, Rock Climbing Party, or High Ropes Party today! See below for information.
- Pool Party in the Leisure Pool: Organized games and swimming.
- MAC Party on the Multi-Activity Court: Basketball, indoor soccer, floor hockey, and other sports/games.
- Rock Climbing Party at the Maine Bound Adventure Center (MBAC): Climbing and bouldering.
- High Ropes Party on the Challenge Course: In the event of inclement weather, high ropes parties will transition to a Rock Climbing, MAC, or Pool Party, as available.
What do you get?
All parties with Campus Recreation are up to 2 hours in duration, including 90 minutes of activity time and 30 minutes for food and/or presents. All parties include facilities and setup/cleanup. Pool parties include 2+ Lifeguards. Maine Bound and Challenge Course parties include gear and instruction.
What do you bring?
You provide the food (snacks, cake, etc.), beverages, plates and cups, eating utensils, cake knife, matches, and of course the guests! For Pool parties, each guest must have appropriate swimming attire.
What about parking arrangements?
If your party is on the weekend, you’re all set to park in the lot most convenient to your party location. If your party is on a weekday before 5:00 p.m., then you can stop and pick up a temporary parking permit from Public Safety on your way onto campus. Directions to Public Safety are included below.
How do I get there?

What does it cost?
Pool Party $175 minimum for up to 10 kids. $12 per kid over the 10 kid limit. Starting June 1, 2024.
MAC Party $175 minimum for up to 10 kids. $12 per kid over the 10 kid limit. Starting June 1, 2024.
