“Students will move through postures linking breath with movement while maintaining a strong core and base. Each posture will have variations to increase difficulty or ease back to a foundational position. The class will include warm ups and cool down periods that will feature a variation of props. As the semester progresses the class will aim towards longer durations in advanced positions, inversions and shoulder stands. This instructor is registered as a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher. He is a member, and meets the standards of the International Yoga Alliance.”
