Mobility Flow

The Mobility Flow class offers dynamic movements that enhance joint mobility, flexibility, and overall body coordination. This class incorporates a combination of flowing movements and static stretches designed to improve range of motion and reduce stiffness. Mobility Flow integrates elements from yoga, functional fitness, and capoeria (Brazilian martial art) to create a well-rounded and fluid workout experience. In this class, you will learn to move through sequences that target all large muscle groups, promote balance, and increase body awareness. Whether you are seeking to improve flexibility, prevent injury, or simply unwind and de-stress, Mobility Flow offers a holistic approach to enhancing physical and mental well-being. This class is challenging, however, suitable for all levels of fitness, no matter age or body type. Modifications can be made with the use of hands-on assists, alternative exercises, or yoga props.
