Enhanced Business Days
Our Enhanced Business Day events allow students accepted into the Maine Business School to dive deeper into what it’s like to be a Business Black Bear. Unless specified below, our EBD will be held on the campus of the University of Maine in Orono.

Visiting Parent
“My son wasn’t very excited to get up early on his vacation to attend this 4-hour event, but by the end of the tour, he was excited to tell his grandparents all about it. In fact, he put on the UMaine Business sweatshirt that was given to him, greeted his grandparents, and handed them his UMaine Networking Cards! He also left the tour having a better grasp of what he wants to study in the fall.”

“I think overall, this event really helped me lean towards UMaine. I walked in on Friday, using it as a day to somewhat finally convince myself that the school was not for me, and it, in fact, did the opposite. I immediately fell in love with it. One thing that I think really got my attention over other schools’ programs is your emphasis on networking with real business leaders. That is something that other schools mentioned but had not put as much effort into.

Our Enhanced Business Days will take place from 9 am to 1 pm or 1 pm to 5 pm (depending on the date) on the University of Maine campus on select Fridays. Please note we are capping each event at 16 students. Participants are invited to bring one or two adult support guests to these events.
We will email a parking pass for participants to print. The best parking lot for the Donald P. Corbett Business Building is the Collins Center Parking Lot. Click here for directions.
