Meghan Gardner, Ph.D.

Meghan Gardner received her Ph.D. in English from the University of Denver in 2014 and her MA in English from the University of Maine in 2009. She is the author of a novel and several works of short fiction and poetry. She has previously taught creative writing, literature, and rhetoric & composition for the University of Denver, the University of Maine, and Husson University. Active in local and state politics, she served two terms on the Orono Town Council and is the current board Vice Chair for the Maine Women’s Lobby and Maine Women’s Lobby Education Fund.
