Camping is not only a wonderful way to reconnect with nature and your family and friends, but it even has some great health benefits! A University of Michigan study found “that just a few minutes walking in nature can reduce depressive symptoms, which is common in people who live in urban spaces.” Click here to see some of the benefits of camping.

This is a great destination for hiking a section of the Trail, swimming, and snowmobiling in the wintertime.
