Reporting Theft or Loss of Controlled Substances

If you suspect a theft, immediately notify the UMaine Police Department (207.581.4040). In addition, federal law requires you report any incidents the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) within 24 hours of a loss (use DEA Form 106 Report of Theft or Loss of Controlled Substances [external link]).
