Campus mail delivery has changed
Why is this happening?
With decreased staffing in our mail room, we are focusing on maintaining quality hand delivery to your buildings and offices. Our staff is still dedicated to helping ensure your mail is not only delivered, but prepared correctly.
Will all buildings be affected?
Some buildings that send or receive time-sensitive mail will see no change.
What if I need to send mail immediately?
You have options:
- Visit the Package & Postal Center in Memorial Union Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- Contact us to discuss your options at 207.581.3760
Will you still do campus mailings?
Yes. Please plan ahead when submitting a campus mailing to Printing Services to ensure it makes it to the mail room in time to make all runs.
