Registration Fees

Registration fees for the 2025 conference are as follows:

  • Early full-day registration (ends March 5): $65
  • Early half-day registration (ends March 5): $45
  • Student registration (closes March 19): $35
  • Full-day registration (closes March 19): $90
  • Half-day registration (closes March 19): $70
  • Walk-in registrations (if space is available): $100

Exhibitor registration:

  • Exhibitor registration full table: $200
  • Exhibitor registration half table: $100
  • Regular registration fees apply for additional exhibitor attendees

Refund Policy

A cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee will be applied for cancellations received between 29 to 10 days before the conference.

No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the conference.

All cancellations should be sent via e-mail (umgmc@maine.edu) to the Senator George J. Mitchell Center. Expect confirmation within two days. If necessary to cancel by mail,please allow sufficient time for a response.

The Senator George J. Mitchell Center is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions. No refunds will be given in these situations. The final decision on refunds rests with the Mitchell Center Director.
