Potential session topics include: upstream/downstream passage issues; upcoming projects around the state; decision making tools for deciding what to do with dams; and merging public safety funding with restoration dollars to fund co-benefit projects.

Join our networking session to discuss how participatory approaches can help address social and environmental dimensions of conservation here in Maine. No experience with participatory conservation work? No problem! We hope to draw from the knowledge in the virtual room to discuss challenges and best practices to participatory work while hearing about the sustainability issues folks are addressing in their own work.
