San Diego Mini Reunion
Orlina Boteva, OIP Director, had the pleasure to reconnect with Anuket and Carleena Bhaduri in late May in San Diego.
Anuket completed bachelor’s degrees at UMaine in Information Systems and Financial Economics in 2001, followed by an MS degree in Spatial Information Science and Engineering in 2003. He was very involved in the international community as a student participating in Culturefest and the Spring dance showcase. He later went on to complete an MBA at California State University, Long Beach and now works as an Account Executive at Urban Science.
Carleena Bhaduri completed her bachelor’s degrees at UMaine in 2003 and during this time she studied abroad in India. She later completed a master’s in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, and now works as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Alzheimer’s Orange County. Carleena and Anuket met at UMaine, married years later and are now raising their three beautiful kids in sunny California.
