Application Process

Whether you are applying as a student fellow or a host company, you must complete an online application. The application process for companies and students opens on in November 2026, with applications typically due in early February. The application is structured so that you may start it, save your progress, and return later to finish. All are encouraged to apply early!

Important Dates for Students

  • Application Deadline: February 8th
  • Week of February 17th: Select Top Companies You’re Interested In
  • Mid-March: Notified of Status with IFM

Important Dates for Companies

  • Application Deadline EXTENDED: February 8th
  • Late February: Start Reviewing Student Applications (if students select you as a top choice)
  • Early April: Notified of Status with IFM
