Why did you choose to become a GSG senator?: RA Assistantship

How would you best serve your constituents?: Throughout my duties at the Graduate Student Government, I will be a voice for the Climate change Institute’s graduate students cohort. Also, I will share thoughts and inquiries that fellow graduate students from my program present to me. I will be responsible for communicating any announcement, funding, scholarship, or opportunity the Graduate Student Government provides.

Please tell us about your research or some fun facts about you.:  My research is focused on indigenous populations in the Caribbean and their relationship with the environment. Some fun facts about me are that I like to dance and read a lot of Spanish poetry.

How do you plan on communicating with your constituents?: Some plans include sending emails to the graduate students or creating a communication channel with Seth Campbell, Assistant Professor and Graduate Coordinator at the Climate Change Institute.
