Reason behind joining the GSG as an officer: I enjoy creating spaces where people can come together and have community, and this platform gives me a space to do that for my UMaine Graduate community

As an officer in the GSG, how would you like to contribute in such a way that you improve the situation for graduate students?: One of the most important things people need in this setting is the opportunity to connect with others who are going through the same or similar experiences you are. Having opportunities to share those experiences, network, and find support amongst your peers will always help us as we navigate this period of life.

Long-Term Career Goals: To work with communities and help them plan for the changes they might face due to climate change.

Involvement in clubs and other organizations: I work as a GA for student involvement and I also work at a bar on the weekends. 

Hobbies: I love to bake, be active indoors and outdoors, and I love to spend time with my friends and family. 

Fun facts: I have a cat named Tasha! She is the LOML.
