Thank you for your interest in the CORE Voucher. Access to the application form will be available beginning on August 26, 2024.
The CORE Voucher Program, funded through the UMaine Office of the Vice President for Research, provides financial assistance for University of Maine graduate and undergraduate students to access CORE facilities in support of their academic and research pursuits.
Eligibility: Any enrolled student at the University of Maine is eligible to apply for a CORE Voucher. The student must arrange for a faculty contact to serve as their advisor, although the activity does not have to be directly overseen or approved by the advisor.
All activity will be scheduled and billed using the university’s lab management system, iLab. Voucher recipients must have an active iLab profile before beginning their proposed activity, and will receive instructions for creating a profile after awards have been announced.
Funds must be spent at CORE Service Centers. Activities must be completed within the semester in which the voucher was issued. Retroactive requests or reimbursement will not be considered.
