Core & More Pilates

Whether you’re a beginner or pro, this class blends smooth, mindful movements with core-strengthening exercises to leave you feeling energized and balanced. Expect a mix of stretching, toning, and flowing sequences that will help you build flexibility, improve posture, and connect to your breath. It’s Pilates, but with a twist!
