Vinyasa yoga syncs the breath with each movement and each posture, manifesting a collective sense of grounding and peace for the mind, while simultaneously awakening and engaging different muscle groups. Vinyasa Flow is fluid in style, and structured as an arc. Expect a practice that begins with a gentle warm-up, which then progresses to the cultivation of faster-paced sequences and flows, and ends once again with a cooldown; all while accompanied by immersive, up-beat and ambient music to encourage the cultivation of flow state. Vinyasa Flow emphasizes muscle engagement and mind-body connection. This class is welcome to those of all levels, modifications and supportive props are provided.
